VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - FIRECRACKER TOURNAMENT

Coaches,

The Firecracker Tournament, our signature event is this weekend. This is the longest running USSSA sanctioned event in the state and we need your help to make it a success. Aside from registration, this is one of the largest fundraising events this year for S.B.B.A.

We are asking that each SBBA All Star team contribute 2 volunteer man-hours during the tournament.  Please get with your assistant coaches and parents and encourage them to help out as much as possible.

We will need volunteers to assist with the operations of the concessions stands, snowball stand and with the general park beautification to include the bathrooms, trash on the ground and spectator areas (bleachers).At this time we have 65 registered teams for this tournament. 

There will be a sign up sheet located at each concession stand. This will be on the "honor" system. . If you should have any questions as to where you help is needed, please see one of our concession stand managers during the tournament.

"Teamwork makes the Dream Work", lets work together to ensure this is a successful tournament".  Once again, we value your commitment to the children of S.B.B.A and the time spent to ensure the kids have "FUN".
